Good-byes aren't easy, but they're inevitable. The only way I have ever been able to let go of all the things I love and cling to in an old home is by embracing the discoveries and novelties at the new one.
I've been in this house and city for almost 5 years, and this reminds me so much of my feelings when we moved, and during the move 4 years before that, and the year before that. Letting go of things is hard and I wish all good things for you and your seeds.
Thank you! Every house we live in I have this feeling of it being "mine" to do with as I like. But then, as soon as you're about to move, you realize that was actually never true. A friend told me that we are stewards of our homes, and all you can do is try to make the place a little better than how you found it.

This is what I am trying to do. Also, taking it one day at a time. There are only so many things I can do at once!
